Medication Refill Policy

- An upcoming appointment must be scheduled in order for medication refills to be processed. We will only provide enough medication to bridge you to that appointment.
- If there is an outstanding balance on your account, a payment plan must be in place and a valid credit card on file before refills can be issued.
- If you cancel or choose not to attend your appointment after receiving a refill—and do not reschedule—no further refills will be provided until an appointment is completed.
- Refills may be denied at your provider’s discretion if you have not completed required labs.
- For controlled substances, if the prescription is reported as lost, accidentally discarded, or otherwise inaccessible, a replacement will not be issued before the next scheduled appointment.
- If you have not been seen within the required follow-up timeframe, we cannot authorize a refill.
- Urgent same-day refill requests are subject to a
$10 processing fee.
- Refill requests take up to 72 business hours to process. Please plan ahead.
- Example: A request submitted on Friday will be processed by Tuesday.
- If Monday is a holiday, it will be processed by Wednesday.
